This little early bird decided to show up 10 days before his due date and had everyone smitten from the start. His parents were told he was going to be a big dude, but he shocked everyone by coming it at just over 6 pounds. He was the tiniest little peanut I’ve photographed in a while and I loved every second of working with his itty bitty self.
I have so much respect for all of the families who have welcomed a little one into their lives during this pandemic. Just hearing the stories of all the extra hoops that couples have to jump through during labor makes me marvel at the strength of these parents to press through so that they can safely bring their babies into this world. I think ALL moms deserve a trophy after having a baby, but I think these pandemic mamas deserve a trophy and then some (maybe an in home chef, a maid, and a personal masseur. Haha.)
It was easy to see that Grayson’s parents would have gone through a great deal more to bring him here safely. They are head over heels for him and he has them totally wrapped around his tiny fingers.
